Why come to the Children’s Centre?

The Children’s Centre will help you make friends with people in your local area, help your child get ready for school, will give you the skills to be a confident parent and will help you back into education and work.

*We are open during School Holidays*

What activities are available?

The Children’s Centre offers a range of activities and services for families with children aged 0-5 years old. (0-7 years old in the holidays)

We aim to support your child’s health development and their learning, improve their life chances and help parents to improve their parenting skills.

The Children’s Centre aims to work with children and families aged 0-5 and that are in the greatest need or at risk of poor health and educational outcomes.  This means that some sessions will be for children of a certain age or they will be invitation only. You can find out more information about these sessions by calling the Centre, contacting Thrive online; or checking our timetable.
